 Where
Like every year Pianeta Amiga will be held in Empoli, near Florence, in the "Palazzo delle Esposizioni" (or in short "Palaesposizioni") bulding.
Reaching Empoli with car or train is simple. The city is 20 km away from Florence, 45 Km from Pisa and 70 km from Siena. By car you can reach Empoli from Florence in about 15 minutes. By train or by car you can easily reach Empoli from airports of Florence and Pisa that are directly connected to Empoli.
The "palazzo delle Esposizioni" (Piazza Guido Guerra) is easily reachable from the train station and from the motorway's exit.
By train
The Palaesposizioni building is just 300m away from the Empoli's train station. Outside the station, cross Piazza della Vittoria (Vittoria square), and after a serie of crossroads you'll see on the right some banners with the Pianeta Amiga logos, the Palaesposizioni building on Piazza Guido Guerra (Guido Guerra square).
By car
Empoli is by car 15 minutes away from Florence. From the Florence - Pisa - Livorno motorway, exit at "Empoli est" (Empoli East) and follow the directions to "Empoli centro" (center). At the first cross with a traffic light, turn left into Via Masini (Masini street). At the next cross with traffic light, turn right, the Palaesposizioni is just 50m away.
From the Florence - Pisa - Livorno motorway you can exit at "Empoli ovest" (Empoli west), too. Follow the directions to "Empoli centro" (center). When you'll see the bridge on the Arno river on your left, turn right and you'll find the Palaesposizioni.
Parking: on the rear of Palaesposizioni there's a large parking lot with place for 500 cars.
